The company was founded in 2008 by Head Coach Iain Smith. Iain is an expert at helping individuals and organisations to clarify exactly what they want to achieve, and then supporting them, with tools and techniques, to reach those goals.

Iain trained with The Coaching Academy, the world’s largest coaching school, and has undertaken specialist coaching courses in Personal Performance, Small Business, Corporate and Executive, Youth Impact and Financial coaching. Iain has also been trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and uses this great tool for change extensively.
A dynamic and experienced coach, Iain has worked with a variety of people and organisations, ranging from individuals and small businesses to large international companies. His warm and friendly manner allows clients to feel at ease and enables Iain to quickly focus on the crux of an issue. He has created and delivered programmes of coaching and training enabling clients to make major shifts at all levels.

Iain previously exercised his passion for supporting others as a secondary school teacher in the state sector, having trained at Homerton College, University of Cambridge.
In 2002 as part of his personal legacy programme Iain founded the international charity Raincatcher, a grant giving NGO with the mission of improving water supply in rural Africa. For more information visit www.raincatcher.org.uk
